  • The Narrows & Riverside Walk. This trail takes you through a stunning 2,000-foot canyon.
  • Angels Landing. Hike across the narrow ridge to the best overlook of Zion Canyon

Bryce Canyon

  • The Amphitheater. The heart of Bryce Canyon, with thousands of tower-like formations called hoodoos.
  • Route 12. Utah is a state full of incredible scenic drives, but this is Utah’s only All-American Road.

Capitol Reef

  • Fruita. Take a break from driving and hiking and just hang out in this historic village surrounded by red rock canyon walls. Pick some fruit and eat some pie while you’re at it.

Canyonlands

  • Shafer Trail. The Island in the Sky district of canyonlands is known for its panoramic viewpoints (all wonderful), but this switchback road from the top of the canyon to the bottom is one you won’t soon forget.

Arches

  • Delicate Arch. Possibly the most famous feature in all of Utah, this is the best archin a park with hundreds of arches.
  • Devils Garden. This amazing section has a lot of variety–tall canyon walls and several arches to explore.
