Zion National Park is known for its bucket-list-worthy hikes like Angel’s Landing and The Narrows, but it can also be a hotspot for some great restaurants! So after you are worn out from hiking, set your pack aside and pull up a seat at one of Zion’s or Springdale’s best restaurants.
Zion National Park has two restaurants inside the park at Zion Lodge, but there are many more options in the neighboring town of Springdale. We will take a dive into these restaurants and the best options for each budget below.

Zion Lodge Restaurants
Zion Lodge is the ONLY place inside Zion National Park to dine and features the only hotel and cabins for nightly rental inside the park. The Zion Lodge is at shuttle stop 5 and is easy to spot along Zion Canyon Drive.
During most of the year, you will only be able to access the Zion Lodge area by riding the shuttles from the visitor center. During winter and early spring, when shuttles are not running, you can drive right up to the lodge where there is plenty of parking.

The two restaurants at Zion Lodge are:
Red Rock Grill
Red Rock Grill is a year-round sit-down restaurant inside Zion Lodge. Here you can enjoy pecan-crusted trout, steaks, salads, and more. Can you imagine sitting down inside Zion for a steak? Seriously, a dream spot to eat!
They serve breakfast (7:00 am-11:00 am), lunch (11:30 am-4:00 pm), and dinner (4:30 pm-8:00 pm).
Meal prices range from ~$10 to ~$20.
The Castle Dome Cafe
This seasonal cafe is a quick place to stop and grab a bite to eat on the way to or from your hikes in Zion. They offer coffee, and pastries in the morning and beer, burgers, and hotdogs during lunch. This is the perfect spot to grab something quick and easy to fuel up before getting back onto the trails!
They serve Breakfast (7:30 am-10:30 am) and Lunch (10:30 am-5:00 pm).
There is no indoor seating for the Cafe, and the food is all served to go.
Springdale
Although Zion does not have many offerings for food inside the park, there is no need to worry because Springdale, located at the South end of Zion National Park, has plenty of options for food.
From high-end restaurants to fast food and everything in between, Springdale has some great restaurants! Here are some of Springdale’s BEST restaurants.
Oscar’s Cafe
Oscar’s Cafe is a fun and colorful Tex-Mex spot located on Zion Park Boulevard in Springdale.
Oscar’s offers quesadillas, salads, burritos, burgers, tacos, seafood, and more!
They are open 8:00 am-8:00 pm and their meals range from ~$13-$30.
For the best views, sit on their patio and enjoy the Zion National Park scenery!

The Park House
Sit out on the patio and enjoy a delicious breakfast at The Park House. They serve eggs benedict, breakfast burritos, breakfast sandwiches, and other breakfast favorites!
Or stop by for lunch and enjoy their burgers, Ruben sandwiches, tacos, or salads.
The Park House also serves ice cream floats, sundaes, fresh fruit, and banana splits if you need to cool off after spending the morning hiking!
The Park House is open 8:00 am-2:00 pm and their meals range from ~$3-$11 for breakfast and ~$7-$17 for lunch!
Deep Creek Coffee Company
Need a great breakfast spot to fuel up before a day of adventuring? Try out, Deep Creek! Not only do they serve great coffee, but they also have avocado toast, bagel sandwiches, scones, breakfast burritos, loaded oatmeal, and other fun pastries and meals! They also have a variety of other drinks that are not caffeinated.
Deep Creek Coffee Company is open from 6:30 am-2:00 pm and drinks and meal prices range from ~$8- $11.
Camp Outpost
Looking for some incredible rotisserie chicken, burgers, salads, and sandwiches? Camp Outpost has incredible food sure to satisfy everyone in your group! Eat inside or on the patio with incredible views of Zion National Park!
Camp Outpost is open from 12:00 pm-8:00 pm, and meals run from ~$15-$28.
If you go, make sure to get some dirty fries!
MeMe’s Cafe
MeMe’s is an unassuming little cafe serving up some great food! From breakfast to dinner, MeMe’s has everything from crepes, sandwiches, burgers, salads, and omelets.
MeMe’s is open from 8:00 am-8:00 pm, and meals range from ~$8-17.
If you go here, don’t forget to grab a sweet crepe to go with your meal!
Bit & Spur Restaurant & Saloon
Bit & Spur is a fun restaurant in Zion with Southwestern and Mexican dishes. The views at the restaurant are incredible and you can sit inside or on the patio to enjoy them! Bit & Spur offers salads, pasta, ribeyes, tacos, ribs, tamales and so much more!
Bit & Spur is open 5:00-9:00 pm, and meals range from ~$15-$40.
Make sure to check their hours and availability before visiting since it can change seasonally.
King’s Landing Bistro
Good views are abundant in Springdale and Zion and that is definitely the case for King’s Landing. You can enjoy the views from large windows or the patio while you eat charred Spanish octopus, bison carpaccio, New York steak, pork porterhouse, bucatini bolognese, and sticky toffee pudding.
King’s Landing is more of an upscale restaurant with the menu to prove it and the talent to execute it. You can’t go wrong with any of their incredible meals!
King’s Landing is located inside the Driftwood Lodge and is open from 5:00 pm-9:00 pm, and meals range from ~$25-$36.
Springdale Candy Company
Looking to satisfy a sweet tooth? The Springdale Candy Company is a must-stop for ice cream and candy lovers!
Here you can find homemade and Farr’s ice cream shakes, malts, and chocolate-dipped bananas. You can also find handmade chocolates, homemade caramel, hand-turned fudge, and a huge variety of candies.
Located in downtown Springdale, Springdale Candy Company is open from 12:00 pm- 6:00 pm. Prices vary widely depending on the selection
Does Springdale have Fast Food Restaurants?
Yes! As of March 2023, you can find Subway in Springdale close to the South Entrance of Zion National Park.

Yes! Zion National Park can be crowded with visitors, especially during peak season! Planning and navigating a trip to Zion National Park can be frustrating because of its popularity. The crowds and shuttle system can be confusing to navigate.
